For 50 years, the Central Oklahoma Wrestling Association (COWA) has proudly hosted the United States Junior Open Championships (USJOC) — one of the nation’s premier youth wrestling tournaments.

Our mission is to inspire young athletes through competition, sportsmanship, and teamwork while continuing to grow the sport of wrestling for generations to come.

COWA is made up of dedicated local clubs, including the Moore Lions, Norman Grappling Club, Noble Takedown Club, Choctaw Ironman, Tuttle Wrestling Club, Newcastle Youth Wrestling, and Standfast Wrestling. Together, we’re building champions on and off the mat.
